It's been ten years since Les and I did our four-month backpack odyssey around Europe, and nine years since a two-month follow-up trip to Europe (see Novada Vivo). We're not as ambitious as we used to be, but we just sold our car and thought it would be fun to challenge ourselves by venturing on a four-day road trip using only public transportation. The idea we've come up with is a circumnavigation of the Olympic Peninsula.
It looks like it's doable, and the total bus and ferry fare comes to just $6 each!
